Accidental Death and Dismemberment
With AD&D coverage, beneficiaries receive a benefit in the event of a serious injury or death due to an accident.
If you’re a full-time employee, you receive one times your annual base pay in coverage — up to $100,000 — paid for by Nestlé. You can elect additional coverage for yourself up to $500,000.
If you’re a full-time employee, you can also elect coverage for your family. For your spouse/domestic partner, you can elect 40% of your employee AD&D coverage amount. For your children, you can elect 10% of your employee AD&D coverage amount for each child.
