Overview
Nestlé’s adoption and surrogacy assistance program is designed to support all paths to parenthood. Recognizing the unique challenges associated with adoption and surrogacy, Nestlé will reimburse up to $10,000 of eligible expenses (per adoption or per surrogacy attempt). You will also have unlimited access to a dedicated Patient Care Advocate (PCA), who will provide you with information, resources, and emotional support throughout your journey.
Eligibility
Eligible employees must meet the following criteria:
- NesCARE benefits-eligible employees (please see your NesCARE summary plan description for details on who is eligible for coverage under the NesCARE plan); and
- Completed at least 26 weeks of employment with Nestlé
How To Use
Contact your Progyny Patient Care Advocate (PCA) at 833-281-0075. The PCA will review the reimbursement policy and application with you and advise of next steps to submit for reimbursement.
