No matter where you are on your journey, there are times when a little help can go a long way.

Nestlé has partnered with Spring Health to offer you and your eligible household members access to mental health care — confidential and at no cost* to you. From checking off daily tasks to working on more complex concerns, your Mental Wellbeing Support through Spring Health offers a variety of resources, tools and services.

Core Services

  • Confidential Therapy — Get up to six therapy sessions per calendar year for you and every member of your household (age 6+), at no cost* to you. See a therapist in an average of two days.
  • Care Navigators — Get dedicated support from licensed professionals to guide your journey.
  • Diverse Providers — Get choices in a provider network made to be as diverse as the people it supports. Find a therapist across specialty, gender, race, LGBTQ+ and language.
  • Personalized Online Assessment — Take a short online assessment to get a personalized care plan based on your current needs and long-term goals. Measure your progress over time to see how you’re improving.
  • Medication Management — Meet with prescribers who can manage many of your mental health medications during care, as needed.
  • Work-life Services — Talk to experts and find resources for legal assistance, financial services, child and elder care, personal travel and more (work-life code: nestle).
  • Alcohol & Drug Support — Access high-quality alcohol and drug use support programs to help you or your family members get the right care and treatment.
  • Moments On-Demand (13+) — Access on-demand mental wellbeing exercises called Moments. Moments are designed to give you immediate relief and build skills to improve your long-term mental wellness and resilience. You can use Moments for help with stress, anxiety, sleep, substance use, relationships, everyday challenges and more.


*Therapy sessions booked beyond the Nestlé-sponsored sessions per calendar year will be subject to out-of-pocket costs. You can request a cost estimate via your account or contact your Care Navigator with questions or concerns. Check out the Spring Health FAQ below for additional details.

Who can access Spring Health?

Spring Health is available to U.S. Nestlé employees, spouses, domestic partners, dependent children and household members 6+ within the U.S. Parents and caregivers of children 0-5 can work with a Spring Health Care Navigator to find the right care.
