We know wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. We think about wellbeing holistically — it includes your emotional, physical, financial and social wellness. That’s why we’re giving you more options to personalize your Healthy Rewards with Virgin Pulse — so you can make it meaningful to you.

Earn your Healthy Rewards by the November 30, 2024, deadline.

ELIGIBILITY

All Regular, U.S. NesCARE benefits-eligible employees (Hourly regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours or Salaried working 20+ hours, as defined in the NesCARE SPD).

Required: Register with Virgin Pulse

NEW THIS YEAR: You are REQUIRED to register for a Virgin Pulse account in order to be eligible to receive any Healthy Rewards credit.

  • Create Tip or log in to your Virgin Pulse account by November 30 to earn Healthy Rewards.
    • Your spouse/domestic partner must set up their own Virgin Pulse account using their own personal information.
  • Call 1-833-502-9928, option #3, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Eastern Time, if you need additional assistance.

EARN REWARDS

Choose any combination of these options for a total of up to $400. (You can complete all of these activities to support your wellbeing, but you can only earn up to $400 total.)

Choose from one of the options below to get your biometric screening before November 30, 2024. If you have already had a screening with your health care provider/primary care physician as of December 1, 2023, you can upload your results on Virgin Pulse by utilizing the Primary Care Provider form found within your Virgin Pulse portal.

Log in to Virgin Pulse and follow the steps below to get started.

  • Click on the Home tab.
  • Click on Rewards.
  • Then make your selection.

You can choose one of the following options to get a health screening:

  • Your health care provider’s office Tip — Talk to your provider beforehand about fasting guidelines. Take a copy of the health screening form from Virgin Pulse to your appointment. Screening results from doctor visits/health care providers will only be accepted from December 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024, due to program deadline dates. You will need to scan or take a picture of the completed form and upload it directly to your Virgin Pulse account.  
  • Onsite screening (employees only) — Not all locations are eligible for onsite screenings. If you don’t see your location on the website, contact your local HR department for additional information or choose another screening option. Your results will automatically be uploaded to Virgin Pulse, but you must register for a Virgin Pulse account by November 30, 2024, to earn Healthy Rewards.
  • Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center — Pre-register through your Virgin Pulse account for a screening at a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center near you. Remember to fast and bring a photo ID to your appointment. You may need to wear a face mask at your selected location. Results will automatically be uploaded to Virgin Pulse.
  • CVS MinuteClinic — (Fasting Recommended) Download and print your unique CVS MinuteClinic voucher from your Virgin Pulse account to take with you along with your photo ID. CVS MinuteClinic Screening Results will be accepted from January 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024. Results will be automatically uploaded to Virgin Pulse.

Log in to Virgin Pulse to register for a Virgin Pulse account and to confirm your participation.

Complete the Health Check Survey online between January 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024, to understand more about your health and get personalized suggestions to help with your overall wellbeing.

Log in to Virgin Pulse to take the Health Check Survey.

 

Complete a healthcare appointment for medical, mental, dental or vision appointment between December 1, 2023, and November 30, 2024. You will need to manually confirm completion in your online Virgin Pulse account under Rewards.

Participate or register for Spring Health between January 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024, to reduce stress, increase happiness and improve focus.

You must log in to Virgin Pulse to manually confirm your participation to earn your reward.

Up your financial game by taking a Financial Finesse class between January 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024. Visit Financial Finesse to take a class.

You must log in to Virgin Pulse to manually confirm your participation in at least one class to earn your reward.

Talk to a Virgin Pulse coach to create a personalized action plan to improve your health. Earn rewards for one-on-one coaching when you complete the enrollment call and at least one coaching call between January 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024.

Call Virgin Pulse at 1-833-502-9928 and select option #3 to learn more.

You do not have to manually enter your results for coaching; the information will automatically update in your Virgin Pulse account, but you must register for a Virgin Pulse account by November 30, 2024, to earn Healthy Rewards.

Please call the CareFirst customer service line at 1-833-502-9928 and select option #3 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.

*You must be an active U.S. NesCARE benefits-eligible employee (Hourly regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours or Salaried working 20+ hours, as defined in the NesCARE SPD) with a first day of work on or before October 18, 2024. You and your spouse/domestic partner must be enrolled in a Nestlé medical plan in 2025, and you and your spouse/domestic partner must have registered for your Virgin Pulse account by November 30, 2024. Spouses/domestic partners who are benefits-eligible must be on record with the Nestlé HR Service Center by October 18, 2024. Healthy Rewards are divided per paycheck throughout 2025. If your employment ends during 2025, your Healthy Rewards credit will cease. Participants with a Virgin Pulse account with steps processed by Virgin Pulse by October 31, 2024, should start receiving Healthy Rewards in January 2025. Participants with a Virgin Pulse account with steps processed by Virgin Pulse no later than November 30, 2024, should start receiving Healthy Rewards in February 2025. Healthy Rewards deadline is November 30, 2024, 11:59 pm EST.
