Domestic Partner Coverage

We provide equal coverage for your spouse or domestic partner of any gender — for health benefits, life insurance and accidental death and disability. And we cover your children!

Health Benefits

Committed to your health and the health of your loved ones, we offer quality choices for medical (including prescription drugs), dental and vision coverage, all with no-cost preventive care included.

Our medical plans and the prescription drug benefit that’s included provide coverage for:

  • Sexual health, including STD services and birth control
  • Access to gender dysphoria treatment, such as psychotherapy, hormone therapy and gender affirming surgery
  • Generic HIV PrEP (covered 100% as a preventive medication through your prescription drug coverage)
  • Expert opinions on your medical condition, treatment, diagnosis or undetermined diagnosis, and help finding local providers at no cost to you

Mental Health

The struggle to be recognized and treated fairly can be difficult for many members of the LGBTQ+ community. Through Spring Health, Nestlé offers:

  • Confidential therapy — Get up to six therapy sessions per year for you and every member of your household (age 6+), at no cost1 to you. See a therapist in an average of two days.
  • Care navigators — Get dedicated support from licensed professionals to guide your journey.
  • Diverse providers — Get choices in a provider network made to be as diverse as the people it supports. Find a therapist across specialty, gender, race, LGBTQ+ and language.
  • And more!

Family Support

Nestlé supports all the ways you may grow your family.

  • The family forming benefit through Progyny supports your family-building journey by offering CareFirst members access to three Smart Cycles per lifetime and coverage for elective fertility preservation. See more resources.
  • All benefits-eligible employees can receive up to $10,000 in reimbursement for adoption and surrogacy expenses.
  • You have access to Ovia Health, a maternity and family benefit offering daily personalized support for your fertility, pregnancy, parenting journey and menopause support.
  • If you’re enrolled in the MetLife Legal Services plan, you’re covered for the first 20 hours of legal services2 related to reproductive assistance including surrogacy, egg donation and more.

You’re never alone when it comes to navigating your health care. With Included Health, you have a dedicated health care concierge service focused on making the health care system work better for you and your loved ones.3
