Pack your bags and grab your passport, because this show’s going on world tour! Get ready to team up with your Nestlé coworkers for this 6-week step challenge. Lace up your shoes and work together to unlock 45 of the world’s greatest adventures. By boosting your daily step count, you’ll not only achieve your wellness goals, burn calories and strengthen your heart, but also embark on a journey toward a healthier and happier lifestyle — one step at a time! And guess what? Along the way, you could be the lucky winner of one of several amazing prizes!

When does it start?

  • Registration: June 17-June 30, 2024
  • Challenge Dates: July 1-August 11, 2024

How to enroll

  1. Sign in (or register if you haven’t yet) at join.virginpulse.com/nestleus. If you have difficulty creating or logging in to your Virgin Pulse account, contact support at support@virginpulse.com or call 1-833-502-9928, option #3.

    Note:
    If you’re creating your Virgin Pulse account for the first time, it will take 24 hours for the challenge to populate once enrollment opens on June 17, 2024. For new hires, it could take up to 4 weeks to gain access to the Virgin Pulse platform.
  2. Go to the Social tab, select Challenges and then choose the Nestlé Step Challenge.
  3. Choose to create a team, accept an invite to join a team or join a public team.

    Pro tip:
    If you choose to create a team, you can either maker your team Private or Public. If you would like to invite a group of friends to join your team, set your team as Private. If you don’t mind anyone joining your team, set your team as Public. This cannot be changed once the team is created.
  4. Don’t forget to link your tracker so you can track your movement! Go to the More tab, select Devices and Apps, choose your device and follow the instructions.

Good To Know

  • Teams can have up to 5 participants, so try to build a full team to maximize your journey.
  • You won’t be able to change teams after July 3.
  • If you leave the challenge, you’ll have until July 3 to rejoin. If you don’t rejoin by that date, you won’t be able to participate.

GET MOVING, GET PRIZES

We understand everyone has different goals, so set your own pace. Top teams will have bragging rights, but all prizes will be randomly selected. All employees actively tracking their steps weekly will have the same opportunity to win a prize.

  • Enrollment Prize: Enroll between June 17 and June 30 and you could win 1 of 10 $100 e-gift cards!
  • Weekly Team Prize: For weeks 1-5 — if all your team members track activity during a given week, you could each win a $75 e-gift card!
  • Challenge End Prize: Track activity during each of the 6 weeks and you could win 1 of 10 $500 e-gift cards!

Note: The Nestlé Step Challenge World Tour is open June 17, 2024, to all active employees who are benefits-eligible, have access to a Nestlé Virgin Pulse account and are active in Nestlé’s payroll system through the end of the promotion period, August 11, 2024. It could take up to 4 weeks for new hires to have access to the Virgin Pulse platform. Participants must be employed by Nestlé USA, Inc., Nestlé Prepared Foods Company, Nestlé Nutrition, Nestlé Health Sciences, Gerber Life, Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, Nespresso, Nestlé R&D, Nestlé Professional Food, Nestlé Professional Beverage, Nestlé Coffee Partners, Nestlé Regional Globe Resources or NHS U.S., LLC, located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. The program shall be construed and administered according to U.S. law. Employees participating in this promotion must comply with the Good Manufacturing Practice requirements or policy at their respective work sites regarding bringing and carrying personal devices to their work sites. Employees must consult their HR department or their manager to find out what is allowed at their particular location. Participation is voluntary.
