ELIGIBILITY
All Regular, U.S. NesCARE benefits-eligible employees (Hourly regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours or Salaried working 20+ hours, as defined in the NesCARE SPD).
You’re unsure about a diagnosis or need help deciding on a treatment option
You have medical questions or concerns and want a leading expert’s medical opinion
You need help finding a local doctor who specializes in your condition
You’ve been admitted to the hospital and want expert guidance
Here's how it works:
- Start a case: Submit your request online, in the Teladoc mobile app or by calling 1-855-380-7828.
- Access expert guidance: Connect with your dedicated physician, who guides you through every step in the process and coordinates your review with an Expert physician, and your existing physician.
- Receive collaborative care: Our team of doctors works with you to develop and deliver an Expert Report with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that’s right for you.
