Slight increases in employee contributions
As health care costs continue to rise, Nestlé is unable to avoid increased contributions this year. For 2025, Nestlé employee contributions will increase slightly for most national CareFirst plans — on average, by around $10 per month for employee only coverage and around $20–$30 per month for family coverage, depending on the medical plan selection and who you cover.
If you cover a spouse/domestic partner who has access to medical coverage with their employer, add $125 per month (up from $100 per month last year) to your medical contributions for the Alternative Coverage Fee (ACF). Visit nestle.ehr.com to find out whether the ACF applies to your situation. The ACF does not apply if both you and your spouse/domestic partner work at Nestlé.
